Not much of a tutorial, ... find the beads you like, add a pair of hoop earrings, or a small chain, or stick it onto a ring or two (a girl can never have enough rings, we ALL know that!) and if you want to make it more girly, a couple of pearls here and there.

Done.

Simple.
